Filip Filković Philatz is a Croatian director, visual artist, and producer whose work spans film, documentary series, music videos, and artistic projects. His signature style blends documentary precision with poetic visual language, always placing human stories at the center.
He is best known for the documentary series Dulum zemlje, the first Croatian production to receive a Green Film certificate, exploring the lives of people living in harmony with nature.
Filip is currently working on K67, a feature documentary dedicated to the iconic kiosk designed by Saša J. Mächtig, conceived as a journey through space and time that examines the cultural and social role of kiosks in the urban landscapes of the Balkans.Saša J. Mächtig is one of the most important Slovenian and Yugoslav industrial designers and a key figure of modernist design.
