KIOSK AFTER DARKNEXT STOP:
THE NIGHT SHIFT

After the sun sets and everything else starts shutting down, we clock in the night shift. Following a full day at Lauba, KIOSK switches frequencies and moves to Peti kupe club from 9 PM for KIOSK AFTER DARK. This isn’t an afterthought. It’s KIOSK, reimagined. The first two hours are reserved for a special live session hosted by the Yammat FM duo Daniel Bilić & Matko Antonović, creating an informal late-night space to listen, connect, and tune into conversations with KIOSK speakers, soundtracked live and kept unfiltered.

At 11 PM, KIOSK AFTER DARK hits its peak. Channelling the best of global club culture, Peti Kupe transforms into a room that could easily be mistaken for London or Berlin. With Detroit In Effect, Madam X, Sun People, and SZCH taking over the booth, we’re closing this first edition of KIOSK the only way that feels right: on the floor, after dark.

DETROIT IN EFFECT
USA

Detroit In Effect takes over KIOSK AFTER DARK as a reminder of where club music’s physicality comes from. Operating at the intersection of electro, ghetto rhythms and machine funk, his sound is fast, direct and built around the momentum. With roots firmly planted in Detroit’s underground, Detroit In Effect brings a style of DJing where energy, attitude and immediacy matter more than refinement. As the night moves forward, his role is to raise the temperature and keep it there. His sets favour repetition, groove and pressure over narrative build-ups, keeping the room locked in and moving. It’s music designed to work in real time, pushing KIOSK AFTER DARK deeper into its club phase through rhythm, pace and intent.

MADAM X
UK

Madam X joins KIOSK AFTER DARK with a sound shaped by a decade at the core of the UK underground. As the founder of the KAIZEN imprint, her work reflects a long-term engagement with club music rooted in rave culture, dubstep pressure and techno propulsion. Her selections are bass-driven and direct, built around clear rhythmic structures and a strong sense of control on the floor.Madam X brings that approach into the peak hours of the night. Drawing on material connected to her KAIZEN releases and wider underground network, her set keeps the room moving through sustained low-end energy and carefully paced transitions. It’s club music designed for intimate spaces with heavy sound systems, carrying KIOSK AFTER DARK forward through its central stretch.

SUN PEOPLE
AT

Sun People closes KIOSK AFTER DARK with a sound shaped by two decades of club-focused exploration. Based in Graz, Sun People has developed a distinctive approach to DJing and production that moves fluidly across jungle, footwork, juke, techno and electro, guided by detailed beat programming and a strong sense of rhythm. His work reflects a long-term commitment to dancefloor music as a living, evolving form. Sun People brings that experience into the final stretch of the night. Drawing from a broad range of tempos and broken structures, his selections stay dynamic and engaged, keeping the floor active and attentive until the end. With a background spanning radio, clubs and festivals across Europe, his closing set carries KIOSK AFTER DARK through its final hours and brings the night to a close.

SZCH
HR

SZCH opens the club chapter of KIOSK AFTER DARK, setting the tone for what comes next. A DJ and producer based in Zagreb, SZCH represents a new wave of Croatian artists whose sets move fast, stay playful, and refuse to sit comfortably in one lane. His approach to DJing blends technical precision with internet-era references, quick BPM shifts and genre jumps. On the floor, SZCH’s role is clear: to move the night out of conversation mode and into motion. Drawing from UK hardcore, garage, hyperpop and adjacent club mutations, his selections balance energy with curiosity, keeping the floor alert and slightly off-balance. As the creator of KIOSK’s sonic logo and conference sound identity, his set marks the moment where KIOSK fully hands over control to the night.

GAMMAD FM
HR

Hosted by the Yammat FM duo Daniel Bilić & Matko Antonović, the GAMMAD FM session opens KIOSK AFTER DARK with a format built on conversation, curiosity, and sonic play. Their original Gammad show on Yammat FM, a weekday radio program known for its spontaneous energy, sharp cultural awareness and genuine unpredictability, has built a reputation for blending music, commentary and connection with equal parts sincerity and wit. At Peti kupe, Gammad FM is not a panel or a performance and not a playlist on autopilot. It’s a live, unscripted space where speakers and guests meet in an informal late-night setting, with music playing alongside dialogue. In a night built for dancing, this first two hours focuses on listening together, networking, and setting a different kind of frequency before the floor takes over.
